Sometimes life throws you a curveball....

...just in time for the start of baseball season....HA! NOT! I can't really give details right now, but so much is on my plate...and the news is not all good. There are quite a few people close to me right now that need prayer. I am just asking for prayers for them and I will share specifically when I can. I also promise later today to make a blog post and include pics of the kids and the dog, Rebel.

My empty Thursday nights...

I sit here feeling sad as ER just finished. For the last 15 years (wow!) at 10pm on Thursday nights, you would find me watching ER. The show has had it's ups and downs, some years weren't so great. I really missed Carter the last few years. Since I learned to knit a few years ago, I got a lot of knitting done on Thursdays. The ending was good....satisfying. I smiled a melancholy smile through the whole show. Most of it went the way I thought...there was only one surprise for me.

Now, I wonder...what will I do with my Thursday nights at 10??? I don't think I will find another show that I will be as loyal to as this one. So long Dr. Carter....thanks for all the great years!!!
